4. KETO IDLI
The passion for Idli among South Indians is undeniable. Idli is a South Indian traditional cuisine that is consumed with the same recipe and taste throughout the country.
- Add 15 grams psyllium husk, 100 gram Paneer, around half cup coconut flour, , half tsp baking powder, around 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp hung curd and little sale.
- Mix everything properly. You can add little water to maintain a proper consistency
- Use the dough to make idli shaped balls
- Greese the Idli maker mould and put the balls in the mould.
- Start steaming the idli
- You can cook for around 15 mins and check using a tooth pick to cook as per your desired liking

5. Keto Appam
Appam is traditionally produced from fermented rice batter. They are fairly widespread in South India and can even be seen as a street snack in small kiosks.
- Add grated cabbage and salt to a mixing bowl. Combine everything thoroughly.
- Allow it to sit for at least five minutes.
- Put the mix in a cloth and squeeze off the excess water.
- In a bowl, add all the spices and lemon in the mixture and stir it properly
- Shape them into balls.
- Place the balls in the slots and brush with olive oil.
- Toss until it is evenly coated.
