4. KETO IDLI

The passion for Idli among South Indians is undeniable. Idli is a South Indian traditional cuisine that is consumed with the same recipe and taste throughout the country.

Instruction

  • Add 15 grams psyllium husk, 100 gram Paneer, around half cup coconut flour, , half tsp baking powder, around 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp hung curd and little sale.
  • Mix everything properly. You can add little water to maintain a proper consistency
  • Use the dough to make idli shaped balls
  • Greese the Idli maker mould and put the balls in the mould.
  • Start steaming the idli

  • Add grated cabbage and salt to a mixing bowl. Combine everything thoroughly.

  • Put the mix in a cloth and squeeze off the excess water.
